Over the years I've had the opportunity to work with many insurance agency owners and their team members as a Temporary Insurance Professional. Pat's agency has been a balance of professionalism and genuine interest in his customers and his team.

From the minute you walk through the door, you are greeted with enthusiasm and smiles from all the team members. You feel you are welcome! The warmth of the agency shows through when communicating with each other, as well as Pat's customers. It has always been a fun and interesting office to be a part of.

Pat's unique office approach to a highly competitive industry has taught us we can be successful and happy. I certainly understand why his team members have been with him for many years, and why others want to work for him. I know it has always been my 1st choice.

Working for Pat Healey

I have been a member of Pat’s insurance agency team for over 7 years and am so grateful for this experience and the wonderful things that have come from it. After I had my 2^nd child, my plan was to be a stay at home mom. I never wanted to put my career before my family. After a few months of being home, I missed everything about my job; my team members who are also my friends, the clients with whom I have built relationships with and my boss (crazy, I know!). I work 4 days a week and have a perfect balance between work and family. I now know you don’t have to give up one for the other. Actually, I am a better wife and mother because of it. Pat has inspired me to never settle and has given me the confidence I need to be successful at whatever I choose to do. The opportunity for growth in this agency is limitless and I am the only one who will determine my level of success. With the support I have from Pat and my team members, the options are abundant! Like the old saying, “love your job, and you will never work a day in your life!"

Finding Pat Healey was a SUCCESS!

When searching for employment I was looking for an office with a history of success, of great production and a lot of humor. I was excited to interview with Pat’s office even though I knew they were not looking to add to their team at that time. Pat’s office had a reputation of success and I wanted a chance to interview in the hopes that if a position became available I would be strongly considered. It only took one interview to discover that what Pat had to offer fit me to a T. His team had the look and feel of success but I also recognized quickly how much everybody enjoyed what they were doing. By the third interview I was pleasantly surprised by the great sense of humor everyone had in the office…even the agent! I now work for Pat and I have to tell you I really appreciate the little things that take place in this office; like closing down for a long lunch at the park or local restaurant, our summer hours which allow us to come in 30 minutes later then usual. Pat & Linda, his office manager of 20 years, have been so great at the little things that show we are appreciated as employees. I’m so happy I made the right choice.

I came into this agency as the number one go-to girl from a competitor company. I must admit, I was sure I knew everything this business had to offer. Little did I actually know this business is one fabulous adventure after another! My professional growth has been phenominal! I have a solid foundation built on knowledge and skill which continues to grow each day. In addition, I have the chance to work with a wonderful group of professionals who have come to be more like a second family to me. Everyday I feel like I am given an opportunity to enhance my skills, be mentored from a highly respected and successful employer and staff, and achieve success professionally and personally...not to mention all the fun I have in a career I love!
